At our venue, we prioritize the safety and preservation of our space to guarantee a seamless event experience for all our clients. As part of this commitment, we require a security deposit from our clients. This deposit serves as insurance against any potential damages to our venue during your event.
Rest assured, this deposit is fully refundable provided that our space is left in the same condition as it was prior to your event, and that all terms and conditions of the event rental contract are met. This includes compliance with venue policies, event completion as scheduled, and no significant damages or violations. It's our way of ensuring that you can enjoy your celebration worry-free, knowing that our venue is well taken care of.
The security deposit will be refunded to the Client within 3-5 business days following the successful completion of the event and the venue supervisor's inspection to confirm compliance with the contract.
When Once Upon A Fiesta, Inc. approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 184 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
