📌 Want more guests? No problem! $12 per additional guest if BANQUET STYLE / NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE IF CEREMONY STYLE. VENUE CAN HOLD UP TO 62 GUESTS BANQUET STYLE AND 100 CEREMONY STYLE.

⚠️ Client must return venue to as close to the original condition it was given:
🟢General cleaning done by client such as:
☑️Trash removal- needs to be taken out and placed inside the trash container outside, if container is full then place everything neatly along the side of the wall of the venue.
☑️ Buffet area and all tables that had food related items must be wiped down
☑️ ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINKS OUTSIDE OF BUILDING. WE GET FINED BY THE PLAZA OTHERWISE, AND CLIENT WILL LOSE SECURITY DEPOSIT ($300)
❌ WE take care of the more in-depth cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, bathroom sanitizing, etc.
