Description

Wedding Planning and coordinating for Day of Wedding ONLY. Service includes Planning and Preparation- In person consultation four weeks prior to the wedding day. Review of vendor information, contracts and details
Venue and Location: Reception Site Inspection, details prior to the wedding (this applies for "venues")
Vendor Coordination: Contact and final coordination with all vendors prior to the wedding. Distribution of wedding day timeline to vendors. Confirmation of set-up and breakdown schedule
Wedding Day Services: Oversee set up, design, and execution and finalize details. Create and Manage timeline and coordinate reception highlights. Assist guests with special arrangements. Packing and arranging all item that will go home with the newlyweds or the family. Distribution of vendor payments upon request. Crisis control. Directing services on the wedding day for a maximum of 8-10 hours. Additional Charge applies for extra hours at a rate of $150+ per hour.
Price is for up to 100 guests, pending on location. Price starts at $1500.
Additional Coordinators required for larger weddings (120+ guests)

Payment Policy

When Majestic Party Rental, Inc. approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
