One Face-to-Face Meeting the Month Of, Scheduled Phone & Email Consultations, Day of Coordination (up to 12 hrs), One Planner & One Assistant, Assist in setting Up Decor (Guest Book-Cake Setup-Menus-Place Cards-Favors, Etc.), Manage Timeline (create by client), Monitor All Vendors from Check-In to Check-Out, Distribute Vendor Payments & Gratuities, Ceremony Coordination (Rehearsal NOT Included Unless Done the Day Of), Guide the Newlyweds through Their Reception. Return Personal Decor & Gifts at The End of The Evening.
When Stargirlz Wedding & Event Planning llc approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 20 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 8 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged.
