Description

Hourly service which can be added on above the ten hour base package. Planner will be responsible for packing up personal items and overseeing vendor breakdown. Planner will not be responsible for the following: Trash, cleaning and disposal of food and beverage items, and breaking down or moving rental items, furniture and other vendors inventory that is not associated with our company.

Payment Policy

When I "Dew" Events LLC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 90 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 21 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
