Description

● Access to our online planning platform to use as you plan your day!
● Our recommended vendor list
● Our suggested timeline
● Multiple consultations throughout wedding planning to stay on the planning
timeline.
● Assist with vendor booking to include: Catering, Lighting, Photography,
Videography, Entertainment, Flowers, Rentals, Cake, Decor & Design, Hair and
Make-up, and Officiant.
● Assistance with vendor meetings (tastings, trials, etc.) Planner does not attend
unless added to the package.
● Assistance with design and decor
● Budget assistance (included in the online database)
● Review all vendor contracts
● Creation of a detailed timeline for all vendors and couple
● Includes Rehearsal Coordination
● Set-up personal items (card box, place cards, etc.)
○ Does not include f&b, rentals, flora, DIY items or items not discussed
before wedding day. Max of 30 lbs.
● Execution of timeline on wedding day and communication to all vendors
throughout.
● Set up/breakdown of rentals or florals is not included, unless handled by I Dew
Events.

● For weddings of 150 or more, an additional assistant is required for $425.00
● 15% off planning package if I Dew Events handles all florals and rentals

Payment Policy

When I "Dew" Events LLC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 90 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 21 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
