Description

● Access to our online planning platform to use as you plan your day!

● Wedding worksheet to be filled out before the package begins.
● One hour design consultation for a flower and rental quote with I Dew Events

30 Days Prior to Wedding:
● Consultation call when package begins to review wedding worksheet, vendor
contracts and timeline.
● Confirmation with all vendors with the timeline and reconfirmation of needs.
● Planner and an assistant for up to 12 hrs on wedding day
● Set-up personal items (card box, place cards, etc.)
- Does not include f&b, rentals, floral or items not discussed before wedding
day.
- Max of 30lbs.
- Will not build or put together furniture.
● Line up and organize ceremony
● Execution of timeline on wedding day and communication to all vendors
throughout.
● Rehearsal practice the day before your big day for 1 hour
● Two hour design consultation with our Flower and Rental Department

Add on options (may be added to either package)

Late night coordination - $175 per hour after the contracted 12 hr package.
○ To assist with late night timeline items (ex. farewells)
○ To assist with personal items at the end of the night (does not include break down of rentals/florals from other companies)

For weddings of 150 or more, an additional assistant is required for $425.00

I Dew Events is a company specializing in Planning, Floral and Rentals. If our couples have the I Dew Team for all three areas, we are a Team and fully assist with the set-up/breakdown of the I Dew Rentals/Floral

If you book us for rentals and florals with a minimum of $1500 you will get 15% off your planning package

Payment Policy

When I "Dew" Events LLC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 90 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 21 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
