While we absolutely love picturesque events on the beach, the sand, unfortunately gets extremely deep into all of our rental equipment and rapidly reduces the lifespan of our equipment if not cleaned out properly. This few is required on ALL beach events in order to make sure all of the equipment is deep cleaned after any beach rental.

Payment Policy

When Pro Party Rental approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 15 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 10 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
