Designed for couples that need assistance during the last 3 months of their wedding planning (the busiest time). We can help you complete the event design that compliments your vision and budget. After your initial meeting, three months prior to your wedding, we will complete any unfinished wedding plans. On your wedding day, we’ll be your direct line of communication for vendors, the wedding party, family and guests. We will conduct the ceremony and reception according to your plans and specifications. Our team will coordinate with your vendors for set up and take down according to the timeline we develop.
When Aspen Event & Tents approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
