- Pricing is as follows:
Vail Valley: $500
Aspen: $1,200
Breckenridge: $500
Winter Park: $500
Estes Park: $800

- Hotel will be needed based on labor laws and staffing requirements for the event. We can either find an economical hotel in the area for our team, or our client can book us the hotel.

- Most events have a 2 employee minimum, therefore we will most likely need 2 hotel rooms for mountain events greater than 1.5 hour away from Denver Metro

Payment Policy

When Ignite Experiences approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged.
