Description

Flat rate pricing for unlimited people at the event, or $40/Person 12 person minimum.
Woodburning 12 person package includes:

- 200 3.5 woodburning coasters.
- Event Set and teardown crew

12 person pack
Each coaster is designed for 4-15 minute projects, with varying degrees of difficulty.
Green: Easiest and least time consuming. These should take 4-7 minutes to complete.
Blue: Medium Difficulty, 7- 12 minutes to complete
Black: Most Challenging stencil sets. These will take 10-15 minutes depending on artists skill level.
You'll choose your stencil from our poster, then your artist will take your stencil from our set and walk you over to your table. They will then give you instruction, and let you work on the steps.

1. Trace: Your artist will help you choose the right stencil for your skill level then help you with the transfer process to make the shape on the wood slice.
2. Outline: This is done by using the wood burner on medium heat to carve into the wood.
3. Color. Finally, you'll finish by using one of our colored pencils to color in your drawing
You can choose from our CO pack, Tropical, Fall, Animal or other packages to choose from.

Payment Policy

When Ignite Experiences approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged.
