To ensure efficiency and avoid delays, we kindly request that you have a specific location in mind for placing your tables and chairs before the arrival of our driver. Please note that special setup arrangements, such as those requiring the use of elevators or catering to unique hotel or hall layouts, may incur additional costs. Our team of event specialists is dedicated to making your event a success and is happy to assist with setting up your tables and chairs at a rate of 10% OF ORDER OR $1.50 PER CHAIR/TABLE, whichever is higher. When FUNTASTICRENTALS INC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 10 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
