Description

Rental price already includes installation.

Please allow 2-3 ft clearance ON ALL SIDES to allow our team to lift canopy. Not having enough clearance won't allow our team to install requested canopy size. Please note that there will be no refunds once our equipment and our team is on-site and they cannot setup canopy due to size.

Set-Up:
Tents cannot be setup above any solid objects, bushes, trees, furniture, cars, on second floor decks, dirt or mud. Tents cannot be setup under any overhanging power-lines, tree branches, or overhanging gazebos.

Lighting:
Electrical outlet must be no more then 50ft from where the tent will be installed. If outlet is further away client is to provide additional extension cords

Our team will setup and tear down canopy. Setup time can vary between 1-3 hrs. and about 1-1.5 hrs. for teardown. Actual setup time varies on the following add ons: drapes, lighting, decor, etc.

Payment Policy

When FIESTA EVENTS approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 184 days of the delivery/pickup date a 0% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 90 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
