Our team will test fire pits before dispatch, on-site with you, and upon return at our warehouse to ensure proper functionality. Kindly be aware that all rentals are considered final upon contract signing, and refunds will not be issued for user error or circumstances beyond Archive Rentals' control, such as weather, venue restrictions, etc"***

Payment Policy

When Archive Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
