Our company operates under a 30-day deposit refundable upon inspection policy to ensure customer satisfaction and fair transactions. Here's a breakdown of the policy:
Deposit Duration: Upon completion of a transaction or service agreement, a deposit is required to secure the order or reservation for 30 days.
Refundable Nature: The deposit remains refundable within the stipulated 30-day period, contingent upon the successful inspection and approval of the product, service, or leased item.
Inspection Criteria: Within the 30-day period, an inspection is conducted to verify the condition, quality, or adherence to specified standards. This evaluation determines whether the product or service meets the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
Refund Process: If the inspection yields positive results and the product or service aligns with the agreed criteria, the deposit is promptly refunded to the customer or credited towards the final payment.
Non-Compliance or Damages: In cases where the product, service, or item does not meet the expected standards or incurs damages beyond reasonable wear and tear, a proportionate deduction may occur from the deposit to cover expenses for repair, replacement, or restoration.
Refund Timeline: Following a successful inspection, refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days from the inspection date.
Communication: Customers are notified promptly regarding the inspection results and any deductions made from the deposit, providing a transparent overview of the refund process.
When California Mobile Kitchens approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
You may remove items from your order anytime up until 10 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 10 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
