Description

LOADING AND UNLOADING OF GOODS: Customer is responsible of loading and unloading. If AVR employees assist in loading or unloading, customer agrees to assume the risks and agrees that AVR shall not be held liable for damages of any kind whatsoever.

Payment Policy

When All Valley Party Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 6 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 2 days of the delivery/pickup date a 80% fee will be charged.
