We understand that events don't always adhere to traditional schedules. That's why we offer a reliable after-hours pickup service, ensuring your rental items are collected at a time that works best.
With our after-hours service, you can schedule pickups outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Whether you're wrapping up a late-night event or need items cleared out early in the morning, we've got you covered.
Here's how it works: simply let us know your preferred pickup time and location, and our dedicated team will handle the rest. Our experienced staff will arrive promptly and efficiently collect your rental items.

When LV Event Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 1 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
