Description

On ______ Your Party Solutions is bringing in an a ________ , for this event. Once this contract is signed and approved by you the customer this special ordered tent and special order fee cannot be removed from this order. These items have been paid for and secured by Your Party Solutions to an outside vendor. Customer is responsible for any cost associated with sub rented items, which may included damages, late fees, extra cleaning fees, etc. Your Party Solutions will pass on any extra fees charged to our account on to you the customer.

Descriptions:

Renter is responsible for all required permits from city and health prior to canopy installations.

**Renter MUST be on site and available day of install.**

Payment Policy

When Your Party Solutions Inc approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
