The Damage Waiver does not cover the repair or replacement costs of items that are irreparable, misused, mishandled, or otherwise abused (example: a chair breaks when being used as a ladder).
Damage Waiver is an optional 6% of the total rental and covers reasonable, accidental light damage to the equipment incurred with normal use. It does not cover complete damage. Specialty tables, structures, and crystal centerpieces that are damaged will be charged at full replacement costs. It is optional and is non-refundable.
If the damage waiver is declined and any rental items are damaged, the customer will be responsible for the light repair and/ or replacement charges for the damaged items. Replacement charges will be assessed on any equipment due to loss, theft, abuse, or intentional damage by the customer.

When Finer Detailz Luxury Events approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 85% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
