Tuby is the CEO, Director of Events, and Master Event Designer for Finer Detailz Luxury Events. She started out her career at age 21 when she opened a catering business called SophistiKatered while still going to school and working two jobs. She eventually received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Communications then went on to earn a Masters in Education.

Years later, Tuby married her husband Michael. He joined the business and stepped in to lighten her load by taking on the hard labor. To this day, you are almost guaranteed to see Michael working right along his crew, unloading trucks and setting up structures. And Michael isn’t the only member of the family you’ll see on site. It is not uncommon to see any one of their three children pitching in.

Since they already had their foot in the door with the event industry and had inventory like linens, chairs, and catering equipment, the next logical step was to transition to event rentals. So in 2014, Tuby and Michael opened You Can’t Beat This Party Rentals & Event Decor. Their hard work allowed You Can’t Beat This Rentals to grow quickly. They won many awards for marketing and customer service. By 2017, they opened a second location in Scottsdale and later that year moved into a bigger warehouse in Avondale.

After her success with You Can’t Beat This Party Rentals, it was time to consider how to continue to grow her business. Tuby realized there was a virtually untapped market for luxury rentals in Arizona. Thus, in 2018, Finer Detailz Luxury Events was born. Despite setbacks caused by the pandemic, Finer Detailz Luxury Events has grown rapidly. It is driven by creativity and collaboration and is known for creating everything from elegant simplicity to elaborate grandeur. If you want someone who cares about even the smallest detailz and touches, Finer Detailz is the company to work with.

In between running her businesses and raising her three wonderful children with her husband, Michael, Tuby has spent that last 10 years on a long journey of schooling that has culminated in her graduation from Grand Canyon University with a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership. She plans to use her degree to continue a passion project of hers: coaching woman in business. You can see this in action on her Finer Detailz team as she trains women with an interest in event planning and design to be successful business owners and leaders. Her staff enjoy working along side her and, since her graduation, have affectionately taken to calling her Dr. Designer.

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 85% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
