Description

This Deluxe Balloon Garland - Basic Package is the first package in our deluxe balloon styles.

Its main features are double stuffed custom colours. It also features multiple colour blocks starting at 2 -3 colour blocks. Upgrade to the Deluxe Gold package to add more design elements like Florals, Foils, Pampas grass etc. Average Linear length is 12-16ft.

Payment Policy

When Gracehills Events & Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 0% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 2 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
