Moab Event Services LLC
Included:
- Planning drink menu & shopping list with client
- Framed custom drink menu
- 2 x Bartender for min. 6 hours service (beer/wine & 2 signature drinks)
Bartenders arrives 1-2 hours prior to event for setup
- Delivery, setup, breakdown and pickup of bar trailer within 25 miles
- Ice for mixing drinks
- Compostable plastic cups, drink napkins
- Hydration station with 2 x 2.5 gallon glass dispensers, 1 x 4ft plastic table, and 1 x 4ft spandex linen (white)
(iced water & infused water/ice tea)
- if required - 2000 watt generator or power battery pack
- 2 coolers for ice & beverages
- General Liability Insurance
- Additional hour $150/hour
CLIENT PROVIDES ALCOHOL/MIXERS/GARNISH
(for free - we can provide coolers the day before the event for pre-cooling/delivering beverages to venue)

When Moab Event Services LLC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 184 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 29 days of the delivery/pickup date a 75% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 90% fee will be charged.
