When Brooke Rental Center approves your rental request, 0% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 3 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 3 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
You may remove items from your order anytime up until 1 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 1 days of the delivery/pickup date a 15% fee will be charged.
Over 1 days
You may remove items from your order anytime up until 7 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged.
Over 7 days
Brooke Rental Center does not offer a damage waiver on their rentals.
A Damage Waiver is designed to relieve the renter from incurring the cost of maintenance and accidental damage to rental items while in their possession. It is NOT insurance and does not cover damage done to a rental item due to misuse, abuse or negligence. Damage Waivers are not refundable.
If you are renting from a vendor who offers a Damage Waiver (either optional or required) you must reference their specific Damage Waiver to understand what is and what is not covered.
