Description

Bar Back is a TABC certified Staff to assist with all items in the bar. This Staff will be responsible for stocking coolers, icing items down, prepping bar for bartenders, assistance with service, if needed, while bar is open. Full cleaning and restock of bar items. Also assist bartender with set up, clean up, garnish and break down and packing of any alcohol. Hours are based on a five hour bar time. Bar back arrives thirty minutes before bar opens and ends thirty minutes after bar closure. Based on 100 guests, 1-2 Bartenders and five hours bar service. Includes six hours of service.

Payment Policy

When The Haven - TX approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    You may remove items from your order anytime up until 30 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged.
