Stages Great Events
Serving Staff includes Staff to assist with setting up buffet, serving food from a buffet line, keeping buffet area clean during dinner service and replenishing pans of food as needed. Staff will also buss guest tables after all guests are served. Bussing includes removing small trash, disposable dinner plates, utensils, cups and more and is based on all disposable items. Minimum hours are three per Staff. Times to be determined. This includes services only and does not include any rentals. Serving Utensil rentals are required. **This price is based on 100 guests using all disposable items. This is based on client or caterer providing all food and rentals for buffet setup. Includes three Staff for four hours each.
When Stages Great Events approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
You may remove items from your order anytime up until 30 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged.
