Party Planning includes services only to help plan your upcoming party or event. This includes full design and planning of all details related to this event which may include securing vendors for outsourced items, creating an all-inclusive package, onsite visit with venue and vendors, floor plan design and management, creation of vision, theme and all decorative items. Coordinating full crew to work the day of the event. Also includes a Party Timeline, Suggested Supply List and a Party Tip Sheet. **May include onsite management the day of...to be determined per party. Fee will vary based on type of event, location, guest count, theme and style and more.

Payment Policy

When The Haven - TX approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    You may remove items from your order anytime up until 30 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged.
