Description

Set up and take down of rental items. Setup/takedown is inclusive of one location, one time. 50 ft from truck. If further than 50 feet, customer will be charged a $100 long distance carry fee. Once items are setup, they will not be moved to a different location. Takedown will be the same location that it is setup. Additional fees for scattered items, or different location than setup. Tables must be cleared off for pickup. $5 per table cleaning fee if we need to clear off.

Payment Policy

When Aladdin Rentals & Events approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
