Avalon Event Rentals
Customer is responsible for notifying Avalon Event Rentals of the existence and location of any underground utilities (i.e. phone lines, cable lines, sprinkler systems, water lines, gas lines, electric lines, septic system, etc.), or conditions that may interfere with the ability to stake and/or anchor equipment.
Customer will assume responsibility for all damages to underground utilities in absence of notice or incorrect location of utilities
When Avalon Event Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
You may remove items from your order anytime up until 91 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 91 days of the delivery/pickup date a 15% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 11 days of the delivery/pickup date a 30% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 1 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged.
