Description

A link will be sent out for client/ host to intergrade into registration forms, apps, website etc.
Attendees will be able to up load their vaccination verification card by starting (XXX)

Trained medical staff will verify all vaccination cards to make sure they are valid and notify individuals of any issues prior to event. Attendees will have the opportunity to correct any issues and reload vaccination card prior to event for clearance.

A list of cleared and not cleared attendees will be provided to the host with explanation to why some individuals are not cleared.

Payment Policy

When Renowned Event Designs approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged.
