Description

Client will receive the link within two weeks of the event to add to event app, event webpage or in the "know before you go" communications.

A link will be sent out to participants one week prior to the event to upload their vaccination verification or negative test results. The negative test link on the site will go live 72 hours before the event start time.
A QR code will be onsite with a link to our online form for all attendees who haven't pre-registered.

Trained medical staff will verify all vaccination cards to make sure they are valid.

Staff will be on site each day to verify that attendee is cleared to be in space, check ID and provide wristbands.

Payment Policy

When Renowned Event Designs approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged.
