Description

This item is for purchase only. This means that it is normally purchased as an add-on to another rental. You may add this item to an order once you have an item from the "Logistics" category from Destination Events, Inc's inventory. Click here to shop for one now.

Delivery/Pickup is done on the date listed below. Unless you request a specific delivery time, we will deliver between 9 AM and 6 PM. We may need to deliver/pick up 1-2 days ahead or 1-2 days after the date listed, depending on our schedule. If your venue does not allow early delivery or later pickups, we need to know 1 month before the delivery/pick-up date. We will call you the week of the event to give you a 4-hour delivery/pick-up time window.

This delivery service includes DELIVERY or PICKUP. Delivery/pickup does not include set-up or breakdown of rental items. The only exception to this rule is our High Peak tents, dance floors, and inflatables. Our staff will do a complimentary setup of High Peak tents, dance floors, and inflatables.

Our crew will deliver your items to any location we can get our truck too. We will drop your items within 10 feet of where we can park our truck. If you would like Destination Events to Set up, Break Down, or transport items beyond the truck drop site, please contact us for a price quote. If you require our staff to navigate stairs, elevators, or great distances, Please contact us for a price quote.

Payment Policy

When Destination Events, Inc approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
