Description

High end interior finishes including 6 panel interior oak doors. Mens side has 2 urinals, 1 flush toilet and 1 sink with running water. Womens side has 2 flush toilets and 2 sinks with running water. Total capacity of this unit is approximately 250 people for an 8 hour private event. Toilet paper, paper hand towels and soap are included. Site electrical requirements are (2) 20 amp circuits. Generators (Whisper Quiet) are available to rent from us. Trailer cabin is 8' -8" wide x 14' long. Trailer tongue is 4' long. Overhead clearance of 13'-6" high, side clearance of 12' and a large turning radius is required. Rental period is approximately 16-20 hours if rented to someone else the day prior to or after your event. Must be set-up on flat, level surface. Propane for heating in spring and fall is extra. Excess cleaning fee is charged for clean-up of vomit, etc... Rentals from the last Saturday of October until the last Saturday of April inclusive are subject to a winterization charge of $250.00.

Payment Policy

When SouthWest Event + Tent Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
