Description

China, Flatware, and Glassware should be returned rinsed and free of any food and/or liquid as stated in the instruction sheet attached at delivery. Should China, Flatware, and Glassware not be rinse and free of any food, 25% rinse fee will not be refunded. If all China, Flatware, and Glassware are returned to Total Events and rinsed to company standard, the 25% rinse fee will be refunded.

Payment Policy

When TOTAL EVENTS, LLC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 10 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
