**Acrylic is a very delicate plastic, there will be signs of wear in most acrylic pieces as it's impossible to keep completely clear of scratches, and minor scrapes. If anything acrylic is sent out and returned with major scratches, chips or white marks causing the acrylic to not be clear, there would be a replacement cost upon return. See your terms and conditions for more info.
*Do NOT use abrasive brushes or wash in a dishwasher. Simple cleaning of soap & water and a microfiber cloth. If abrasive brushes are used, it will damage the acrylic and therefore a replacement cost would be due.

Payment Policy

When The Ultimate Party & Rental Store approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
