Day of Coordination $1270

With this package, you simply relax and attend your wedding as a guest while one of our professionals does the hard work to assure your wedding day runs smoothly. With the Day Coordination, you will have the option of TWV Team stepping into your wedding plans and managing all your on-site vendors, coordinating your bridal party down the aisle and executing all aspects of your wedding. We created this package for couples who would like to plan their weddings themselves but would like someone they can trust taking care of everything on their BIG day.
It all starts with a complimentary consultation as we love to meet our clients to understand who they are and what their vision is for their dream wedding.

Include 10 hours of Day of Coordination working onsite, 2 prior meetings before the wedding, 1 at our location 552 Windmill road Dartmouth and the other at the Venue (Please note for venues over 35 km away from our location travel fees will apply), also assistance by phone, email, and Facebook chat 2 weeks prior to the wedding. Delivery of final payments to vendors if necessary.

Payment Policy

When The wedding vogue approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
