Description

Stander Location Pick up / Return.

Stander Location Pick up / Return is at a specific time to be set from 10am - 7pm depending on availability time in coordination with client and specified on invoice. We do not allow self pick up on all items. All equipment must be returned in the same condition and location for pickup. Same day evening pick up may have an additional fee.

Payment Policy

When KSS Creations LLC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    You may remove items from your order anytime up until 7 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged.
