Description

This item is for purchase only. This means that it is normally purchased as an add-on to another rental. You may add this item to an order once you have an item from the "Logistics" category from Yes2Events's inventory. Click here to shop for one now.

The customer is responsible for the equipment while in their possession. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Customer must return all rented items on the date specified in contract, if missing items and/or partial items have to be returned the next business day, outside of the agreed allotment, a $75 missing item fee will be billed to the customer each day the missing item(s) is not returned. Notify us immediately if you find something broken or missing when it is received!

Payment Policy

When Yes2Events approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 75% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
