IMPORTANT BOOKING INFO

* If ordering a tent, the customer is responsible for measuring the tent area and ensuring a proper fit. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the entire tent in the event that the tent does not fit the desired location.


Next Steps

* Once you have signed the contract and paid the deposit, your rental items are secure for your event date. We do not guarantee set up days and times until the week of your event. We will call, text or email you a day and delivery window the week of your event. Most Drop off days are Thursday/Friday 9am-5pm and most Pick-Up days are Monday/Tuesday 9am-5pm



* All rental items need to be stacked and left the exact same way we leave them upon delivery. If the items are not stacked and left in the same location, a fee of $50 will be applied to your invoice and your card on file will be charged.

*We do not set up or take down equipment unless otherwise noted. (Excludes tents, all tent pricing includes set up and take down)

Payment Policy

When Four Way Party Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    You may remove items from your order anytime up until 7 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 0% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 3 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 1 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
