The Throne Chair delivery or pick-up charge applies to delivery or pick up of throne chairs with arrival windows that are at least eight (8) hour in length in a specific area inside an event space or venue.

We do not offer setup or breakdown of event rentals with this service. When choosing a delivery or pick-up window, please be aware that we arrive at any time during that window. The window of time does not include the time to complete the delivery or pick-up. Customers are responsible for ensuring rental item dimensions are accurate when using elevators or stairs for delivery and pick-up purposes. We do not issue refunds for any unused rental items. Customers agree that a person that is 18 years old or older will accept or return rental items during delivery or pick-up. The delivery crew will contact the customer via text or call, approximately 15 to 45 minutes prior to arriving at the delivery or pick-up location. Upon arrival, customers must meet the delivery crew within five (5) minutes of arrival at the delivery location. Customer acknowledges that no refund or credit will be issued if customer doesn't fulfill their delivery or pick up responsibility. Customers acknowledge that delivered goods are in good condition and will return in the same condition. Customer acknowledges that the quantity delivered is accurate and will return the same quantity. Customer acknowledges that failure to meet delivery crew within 5 minutes of arrival or ensure someone 18 years or older is present during delivery or pick up will result in return of rental items to the business location after 8:00 pm. Rental items will be available for customers to pick-up the next business day between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm.

This delivery service is for drop off at the entry door of the ground floor of the event site only. Delivery drivers are not responsible for taking items above the ground floor or the front door. By signing, you agree that you have read the rental & delivery agreement and acknowledge it.
