Thank you for choosing our 24 Hot Dog Roller Grill with Sneeze Guard and 64 Bun Cabinet! Before proceeding with your rental, please take note of the following responsibilities:

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Equipment Return:

All food equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Failure to do so will result in a $75.00 cleaning fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file. Please note that this fee is non-negotiable.
Extension Cords and Power Strips:

Please be aware that we do not provide extension cords or power strips with this item. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary power supply arrangements in place.
Equipment Testing:

Prior to acceptance, the customer must ensure that each electronic item is tested and in working condition. This is crucial to avoid any inconvenience during usage.
No Refunds for Electronic Items:

Once the customer accepts the electronic item, no refunds will be given. Please thoroughly inspect and test the equipment before accepting it.
By proceeding with your rental, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these responsibilities. Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Payment Policy

When Dalissa Events & Party Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged.
