* All food equipment needs to be returned in the same condition as received or a $75.00 Cleaning fee will be filed to the credit card on file. NOT NEGOTIABLE.
* WE DO NOT PROVIDE EXTENSION CORDS OR POWER STRIPS WITH THIS ITEM.
* Customer will ensure that each electronic item is tested and in working condition prior to acceptance.
* No refunds will be given on any electronic item after customer acceptance.

Payment Policy

When Dalissa Events & Party Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
