Five planning consultations

Assistance with overall budget allocation

Correspondence with wedding venue(s) regarding setup instructions and details

Custom wedding day timelines for your vendors and wedding party

Includes detailed schedule for the overall wedding day, ceremony, and reception

Implementation

Vendor referrals based on your budget

Arrange meetings with vendors (if necessary)

Review of vendor contracts

Confirmation of vendor commitments during the week of the wedding

Distribution of your wedding day timeline, driving directions, and setup instructions to vendors

Relaying of final head count to the appropriate vendors

Review of Banquet Event Order from venue

Direction of your wedding rehearsal

Distribution of the wedding day timeline to your wedding party

Collecting of wedding day items at rehearsal

Payment Policy

When Ozanna Rentals & Event Management approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 150 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 45 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
