Description

Do you need a bar staff to provide your guests with drinks. Our bartenders are STAR certified and are ready to mix it up and supply drinks in every flavor and fashion to your guests. We have a wide variety of bar styles for rental, as well as, glassware, dink dispensers, decor and frozen drink machines to enhance the experience and bring your theme to the bar for rent. In addition, a 20% service gratuity is added to the above service total to ensure the bar staff is well taken care of, this is in addition to any tip given by the guests on site. Our bar at the Belknap includes the decor that is in the bar area at the time of service, a freezer/refrigerator. All Bar tools and the tender. Also, included is some lighting as optional and some stands to assist in organization of your bar wants. The kegerator and frozen drink machine can be rented for an additional fee, as well as, real glassware and specialty needs and/or a second bartender or server. This fee is partly 45 min of setup and 15 minute of cleanup and the remainder is actual service. We can discuss all needs for the bar at your convenience. Unless otherwise agreed to the cups/ice/ alcohol/mixers /napkins/ fruit/etc is to be purchased and delivered by the client. We will assist as part of service the setup & cleanup of items.

Payment Policy

When Hey! Mr DJ! Entertainment Services approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
