Description

This fee is assessed to the client when it is necessary for us to deliver and pickup items from the client. It is a standard fee. The fee is based on .5 hr travel each way(1 hr total travel time). Added distance will increase the travel fee on a prorated basis.

Payment Policy

When Hey! Mr DJ! Entertainment Services approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
