Description

This item is for purchase only. This means that it is normally purchased as an add-on to another rental. You may add this item to an order once you have an item from the "Creative" category from Hey! Mr DJ! Entertainment Services's inventory. Click here to shop for one now.

This fee covers the initial consultations, decor designing, all communications throughout the planning process and the coordinator on site for the day of ensuring all vendors are welcomed and all services and rental needs are where they need to be and on time. The coordinator will also help facilitate any vendor meetings prior to the day and also help with logistics and budgeting, as well as, help with all of the personal day of needs for the bride & groom. This is a very important and necessary service that will help ease the planning process and day of memory creation. It covers an estimated time of 10 hrs preplanning and 12 hours day of implementation. If more time is needed the fee would increase by the hourly rate.

Payment Policy

When Hey! Mr DJ! Entertainment Services approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
