This is a gorgeous space that offers a beautiful outdoor with a waterfall area as well as an indoor area. It has a full kitchen available for use, a bar, and spaces for bridal and groom's suites to get ready. We also have the state's only LED Dacnefloor. It is a unique historical facility with a modern rustic farmhouse feel and is located in Goshen. So may possibilities and so much beauty. (This base fee includes the tables & chairs and non -moving furniture and decor. Th floor and suites and outdoors area as well as the audio video and kitchen use are additional fees.TBD) The rental is for 12 hours.

Payment Policy

When Hey! Mr DJ! Entertainment Services approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
