Description

This item is for purchase only. This means that it is normally purchased as an add-on to another rental. You may add this item to an order once you have an item from the "Logistics" category from Violet Vintage Rentals's inventory. Click here to shop for one now.

Rentals must be transported in an ENCLOSED vehicle, standing UPRIGHT. Rentals must fit without leaning/force/improper stacking. Customer is responsible for loading/unloading, bringing securing rope, and protective blankets. If transporting tables or bulky furniture, come with at least 2 people who are able to life and carry at least 75 pounds. Crated tableware/decor can be bulky, so be sure to arrive with plenty of room in your vehicle. Rentals must be picked up and returned in a single trip. Please arrive at your SCHEDULED pickup/return date/time. Since the warehouse is open by appointment only, fees apply for late/missed pickups/returns. VV reserves the right to refuse any mode of transportation deemed unfit.

Payment Policy

When Violet Vintage Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 1 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged.
