Ace Party Rental is making you aware you are held responsible for monitoring Severe weather and making sure no persons are allowed under the tent with winds exceeding 30 MPH, or during extreme Rain, Snow, Wind Storm & Thunder, and Lightning. Ace Party Rental will not be held responsible for any damage done to personal property, or persons, under or around the tent due to a collapsing tent brought on by any weather conditions listed above . You will be held responsible if there is any damage done to Ace Party Rental property listed on the invoice due to neglect of taking care of these items while in your possession. You will be charged to replace any items that have been ruined due to Rain, Snow, Wind Storm & Thunder, and Lightning Tent Advisory.

Payment Policy

When Ace Party Rental and Indiana Wedding Decorators approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
