Description

Price includes setup and breakdown. Price does not include sides, decor, lighting, draping/liner, floral, etc. All priced separately.
No cooking or fire are allowed under the tent for risk of damage to tent. Tents are not a shelter for severe weather but are simply a covered space for heat, standard rain, etc.
If high winds are predicted, sides are required to be rented.

Payment Policy

When Beautiful Weddings approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 20 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
