Description

This item is for purchase only. This means that it is normally purchased as an add-on to another rental. You may add this item to an order once you have an item from the "General Services" category from Phoenix Amusements, Inc.'s inventory. Click here to shop for one now.

We work with you in providing templates for each of the areas of customization of the Prize Cube Claw Machine. We then print and install your custom graphics to the Prize Cube Claw Machine.

We do not provide templates until we receive the signed paperwork and the 50% retainer is processed.

We require logos of high resolution in either jpg, tiff, eps or ai formats.(no website copied images) Your final artwork due at least 2 weeks prior to event load in date (dependent upon our production schedule to work you into queue).

We do not allow anyone to apply graphics to our games. If done, additional fees will be applied to your event. We print your graphics, install and bring all to you!

Payment Policy

When Phoenix Amusements, Inc. approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 0% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 5% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 5 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged.
