Description

Helpful Information:

When measuring your yard for the tents be sure to add 3ft. around the perimeter of the tent for the stakes. For example, if you were to measure for a 20 x 20 you would measure a 26 x 26 area

Requires a Set up area of Free of Trees & Electrical Wires Overhead!!!


Please Note we will be using 3’ stakes in the ground. We are not responsible for damages to grass, any underground pipes, wires or systems. Customer is responsible to choose location of tent
Please keep in mind underground utilities including septic, sprinkler, electric etc.

To Be Safe:
Call Dig Safe (811) at least one week prior to installation.

You are responsible for contacting local municipalities for tent permit requirements. Permit requirements may alter your tent rental capacity.

Payment Policy

When TW8 LLC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
